Nozzles:

1. Please specify the nozzle type

Water treatment plants:

1. Please confirm the location
2. Please confirm the feed water quality
3. Please confirm the required flowrate or product needed in a period of time
4. Please confirm if the product is for drinking or other purposes, and whether there are specific product quality specifications
5. Please confirm if you require waste handling
6. Please confirm if there are any space restrictions
7. Please confirm if 380V is available on-site
8. If there are any other requirements or information you are aware of, kindly include this in your submission

Wastewater treatment plants:

1. Please confirm the location
2. Please confirm the effluent type, and share quality reports if available
3. Please confirm the required flowrate, plant size, or number of people on-site
4. Please confirm if the product needs to conform to standard or special discharge specifications
5. Please confirm if there are any space restrictions
6. Please confirm if 380V is available on-site
7. If there are any other requirements or information you are aware of, kindly include this in your submission

For any other enquiries, please keep the following in mind:

1. Do you need delivery of work to be completed on-site?
2. Please provide the location and site induction requirements (if we have not recently done work on your site)
3. Please specify the quantity needed of a product, as this generally has effect on the price we can offer.
4. Are you working according to an existing schedule – please share this with us, so we are aware of existing deadlines/ timelines for us to confirm if we are able to assist in the time available.

1. We kindly ask to remain patient with us, as there are periods with high influx volumes. During these times it can take up 48-72 hours for us to get back to you with regards to any clarifications we require to assist. If however you sent sufficient information in your request, we will revert with an estimate submission date.
2. Supply of off-the-shelve items – quotations typically take 48 hours, depending on stock availability.
3. Supply of custom manufactured items – quotations typically take 2-5 days, depending on material availability and feedback from our raw material suppliers.
4. Proposals for water and wastewater treatment plants, where we have the feed and product water:
   1. If it is a standard size plant and unit operations, approx. 4-7 days are required to submit an offer to you.
   2. If it is a custom size plant, a proposal can take up to 2 weeks, depending on the treatment requirements.
5. For any comprehensive tenders and proposals, with extensive information to be reviewed – proposals can take anything from 2 to 6 weeks. This is highly dependant on the information supplied, the submission requirements etc.
